The Garden was ready for planting, or so I thought. April 10th snowfall.

Who is that youngster? The cabinets and the interior walls were constructed of hardwood pallet boards. I did have running water from a ever-flowing spring uphill from the cabin. You can see a portion of the enameled wood-cook stove.

I eventually built a homemade septic tank and was able to have an indoor flushing toilet.

Kitchen during harvest and canning.

The wood-cook stove and the potbellied-stove connected to one stovepipe. The sturdy ladder went up to the sleeping loft and painting studio.

Studio. I eventually put in a large arched window for north light.
